Ingredients – Soft tofu, berries, lemon, agave nectar & vanilla
This mousse has an amazing texture thanks to the soft tofu I used. It is really easy to make and very refreshing. Once again this dessert has all the flavours minus the calories. I made it with frozen berries. You can either buy the berries already frozen or buy them fresh and freeze them yourself. I like having fruits in my freezer so that I am always able to make a quick smoothie or delicious mousse!
Here is how to make this mousse aux fruits rouges (using a standard coffee mug):
Serves 2
1 cup of soft tofu
1 cup of frozen berries
2 tbsp of agave nectar
1 tsp of vanilla
1/4 cup of lemon
– Simply blend the tofu on its own and then add the berries, agave nectar, vanilla and lemon.
– Blend for a few minutes to allow the mixture to become creamy.
– Put the mousse away in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.
– Et voilà
